ANNUAL REPORT 2021

Job satisfaction at an all-time high

The response rate in the annual VM Baro job satisfaction survey among central government employees was again high. Overall job satisfaction among PRH staff members reached an all-time high (4.02).

The exceptional situation caused by the COVID-19 epidemic prompted the PRH to transfer nearly all its personnel to remote work in March 2020, and remote work was also the main form of work in 2021.

According to the survey results, some of the staff members felt that an increase in remote work has actually enhanced wellbeing at work more effectively than in the past. At the same time, however, many of the PRH employees wanted to have more communality and face-to-face interaction.

In addition to the wellbeing survey, three mini surveys were also conducted during 2021. The aim is to keep wellbeing issues on the agenda throughout the year so that factors affecting work ability can be identified and supported in a more proactive manner.
